Which Yugioh video game is the best/has the closest card pool for Goat Format? Is it Nightmare Troubadour? I saw a post from a while back on a custom save for World Championship 2006, but that game definitely has Cyber Dragon in it. What’s my best option?

OPDS seems broken on my server. I have no idea how to begin troubleshooting this. Where should I start?
EDIT: sorry, here’s what’s happening: when I try to connect through Readest, I get a “400 bad request” error. I can go to the library in a browser; just OPDS doesn’t work. That’s all I’ve got to go on right now. All help much appreciated
