Anny deployant fkm rubber straps for smaller wrist ?

I brought one of these fkm deployant sailcloth style watch straps from CNS. But it's wayyy too long for my slightly smaller than 15/6inch wrists... And all the equivalents I've found from other brands and on AliExpress are the exact same insanely long dimensions...

I got mine to fit by using a leather hole punching tool to make one more hole but it still fits rather badly since the hole is in the padded part of the strap so the buckle doesn't close well and it digs into my wrist since the padded rubber is not soft enough for the buckle to sit flush...

Does anyone know affordable straps in that style that have smaller dimensions?

Sn0138gw bb54 homage on a rivet style bracelet

I put a rivet style bracelet with hollow end links from alpha watches on this san Martin. it looks stunning!!!

It was a bit of a pain to get the spring bars in the holes tho...

I'm going to do further modifications to this watch but it'll have to wait as I can't get the Case back open as the diameter of the teeth on the case back is unusual and it's hard to find the proper attachment for my Rolex style case back

I've just bought it and I want to know if I can get a jubilee or BOR bracelet without resorting to hollow end links. Does anyone have experience fitting this watch on a bracelet made for the Tudor black bay 54 or even the san Martin sn0128 bracelet ? I would love to find a bracelet to fit it nicely other than the default one.

Thank you in advance for your insight

I'm interested in using a san martin SN0138-GW as a base for a vintage divers style mod. Fitting it on the alpha watch hollow end link rivet style bracelet (https://alpha-1993.com/collections/watch-steel-bands/products/oyster-rivet-style-stainless-steel-bracelet-20mm) and possibly changing the dial and bezel insert for an aluminum one. Does anyone have experience with moding / disassembling this watch and can maybe give me some insight?

For exemple about the dial and bezel insert dimensions

UPDATE: I've bought the San Martin watch and it's on its way. I have yet to buy replacement parts or tools for the mod
