Joined a company in rajasthan but they didn't gave me the department as discussed earlier...now i got an offer from a fashion brand from noida sec 63.... thinking of moving there but being a fresher what they offer is around 25..can anyone give me an expense breakdown for living in noida... though my salary is comparatively higher where i am working now but the work sucks and i want to leave.
Hey...i am a graduate with btech(Honors) in textile..i studied hard and got campus placement in a company for their apparels merchandising...but after joining..the company they showed their true colour...the threw me into their production line in weaving...i am really struggling here as i wanted to start and make my carrier in merchandising.The work culture here is really bad..they force to do a 12hr shift everyday....i.e there are only two shifts in this company.I will really not suggest anyone who has a technical degree to come here as they don't value you and your interest.
If someone has a contact or is currently working in merchandising field. And can help i would be really grateful. I am looking for opportunities in noida or delhi area....I someone has any lead please share.
Hey...i am just a 22 year old graduate..i goot a college placement..in a company...it turned out that the job for which i came was not given to me....now i am left with no option to just do it..i want to support my family...i am pushed to a 12hr shift per day...but it's now what i want to do...i am thinking to do mba to change my field and do something i love.. i really feel struck and dont know from where should i start...can anyone guide me how to prepare for my cat exam ??

I did my bachelor's in textile engineering.....i got hired in campus placement..i basically selected that particular company as it was giving me my desired role or job..but now after joining the company they just changed my job profile as per there need....i am really frustrated and left with no backup... When i objected and asked the management to give what they commited they said the company needs have change as per now.....i was given the option to work or to leave.
