how much time do you usually spend in asakusa?

i'm putting together my itinerary and i'm not sure if i'm giving asakusa too much or too little time. i want to see the main sights, grab some food, and walk around without feeling rushed. is half a day enough or do you think it's worth spending most of the day there?

repairs keep getting delayed for weeks, not sure what i can actually do

location: denver, colorado

lease: 6 month lease, ends in a few months

i reported a leaking sink and a broken front door lock almost a month ago. at first they said it would get fixed “next week” but now every time i follow up it’s just another delay or no response.

the sink is getting worse and the lock situation doesn’t feel safe. i’ve been documenting everything and messaging them but it’s not changing anything.

at what point is this considered them failing to maintain the unit, and what are realistic steps a renter can take without just breaking the lease?
