Gap shooting with this is a bit extreme but Im also still learning how to shoot properly. Might try Half Butterfly. Any tips would be appreciated. Damn she THICK tho...... and by thick I mean DENSE. My new EDC.
Yall got anymore of them slingshots? (Recommendations)
The addiction is real. Started with an amazon special and decided to get a dedicated frame. Just got my LT2 about a couple weeks ago and I've been loving it so much but lately I've been FIENDING for another. I want to get something edc/pocketable next. My grip style is thumb brace but wouldn't mind pinch grip. The snipersling NYX has caught my attention but wanted to hear from you all about some recommendations. I have smaller hands and thinking about keeping my amazon banded for 1/4". My lt2 banded for clay and maybe a new one banded for 8mm or 3/8".
1/4" steel power question
So my backyard is basically nature itself. There are all kinds of animals around here, from birds of every size to squirrels and even coyotes. I'm shooting with a slingshot using 1/4-inch steel or clay ammo with .45 mm bands.
I had a close call where a bird flew past right as I was hitting my target, and it got me thinking. How much damage could clay or 1/4-inch steel actually do to small animals? I'm not trying to hunt them, but if I miss my target and hit something around it from lets say, around 40–80 feet away, how serious could the injury be? Pic of my newest set up.
New Practice Ball
Long story short, I lost my original practice ball from pan slings up on the roof. Luckily my daughter is young enough that she plays with all sorts of house hold items and had a dryer ball within reach. Theyre around the size of a tennis ball but with more weight. They are also soft enough to not do too much damage to garage doors.
Are these marks normal?
Finally got around to playing with my new LT2 and got it dialed in and comfortable. After a while, I noticed a lot of white marks showing up on the bands. I was using white clay ammo, so I'm pretty sure that's where they're coming from, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't damaging the bands somehow since I'm still pretty new to this. Just wondering if the marks are normal or if they're a sign that I'm doing something wrong.

Waiting for my 1st Simpleshot to be delivered
Can't wait im so excited but damn time slows down!
First Can Cut
Started with 1/4" steel balls then switched halfway to 3/8" clay because no catch box. Love how the bottom got stuck on the branch behind it and looks impaled
Im obsessed
Just started last week and now I cant put it down. Don't know the distance here but my record was 3 in a row.
