People who post 1 star reviews for a business with no context

Today I got curious and was looking up reviews for a local pizza place. They had a pretty good average, but I saw several 1 star reviews that had no explanation. Just 1 star. I even saw where the business reached out to see what the issue was so that they could remedy it, but got no response.

Why do people do this? If you leave a bad review I want to know what about it was bad. Did they serve you bad food? Did they mess up your order and refuse to fix it? What happened here?

I got curious and started looking at reviews for the DQ I used to work at.
