Handle/Bar attachment lag

Like the title says: the handles and the barbell button to start. The weight is slightly lagging just enough so that it really angers me during my workout. I tried power cycle and changing batteries, but the batteries I used didn’t work. Any suggestions?

Magik is supposed to be unblockable while holding heavy attack to special in limbo. Am I misreading her kit or is this a bug I should report? (Ignore the bad playing just trying to show the issue)
