Hello!

I hope that you could help me!

I want to schedule a visa appointment for F1 visa as an Italian citizen. I am already in the US so this would be my second visa. It would be ideal for me to schedule an appointment around the 21-22 of December, and then receiving the visa at the beginning of January. Do you think that the offices of the Embassy or the Consulates work in those days? There is a list of holydays on their website and it looks like only the 25th of December and 1st of January are considered holydays, but I am not sure to be honest. Does anyone know if they will be operative in the end of December?

Thank you very much

Hi!

I hope you could help me with this. I am an Italian citizen and I need to schedule a USA visa f1 appointment in an American consulate or Embassy in Italy. My available date for scheduling the appointment would be the 21 or 22 december. It is close to Christmas, so do you know if the offices of the appointments will be active on those days? The website only lists as holyaday days the 25 and 26 december and 1 january. Will I be able to schedule an appointment around the 22 december? And how long will it take for my passport to come back?

Thank you so much in advance

Hi! I hope that this is the right forum for my question and I hope that you could help me <3

I am flying from the US to Reykjavik, where I have a connection flight for Amsterdam two hours after landing time. I am a EU citizen with US study visa. The flight for Amsterdam is with a different company. I have no big suitcase to wait for. Do you think that the line for passport check will allow me to make it in time for the second flight? How fare are the gates? Will two hours be enough? I am concerned about the short layover but this was the only solution.

Thank you very much in advance for your help <3
