Is it 6,000MHz CL30? Or that is just 'efficient' and ideally you would go for lower than CL30?

I'm doing my research and it seems that First-Word Latency of 10 is the goal and that 6000MHz CL30 and 6400MHz CL32 both provide this.

People seem to suggest that 6400MHz is unstable for AMD and that I should go with 6000MHz CL30?

Also to make sure that the kit is EXPO compatible.

Will 16GB be enough for gaming? E.g. Baldur's Gate 3 and Stellaris max settings in 4k.
