New mole

I have a small new mole on my arm. I have had mohs before and several pre cancerous ones removed, so I go every six months. My next one is in October. Just wondering if this looks like I should go in earlier than October or just wait for that appointment. Thanks :)

Hard time getting rid of things I paid for

I really need some motivation. I am ready to part with a dozen or more bag of clothes, but I am feeling incredibly guilty about money I spent on the items. My instinct is to put everything on eBay or take it to buffalo exchange or something, but everyone around me just wants me to get it out asap. I’ve had garage sales before and it never makes much and it’s so hot out. I am ready to not have big piles everywhere, but getting tripped up on not getting a financial return. I feel sad.

Any motivation welcome

How would you allocate 4 million chunk? (Extra 2 million next year)

Please note we are meeting with a finance manager! When I have posted in the past, I have gotten some unhelpful comments. This is just for interests sake.

My husband will be getting 4 million in 2026 and 2 million in 2027 from work. We already have a meeting set up with an estate planner for our wills and a personal finance person. I am just curious about what smart people on here would do. We don’t have a mortgage, but have 3 teenagers. I am focused on college savings and retirement and tax savings. We will have a huge tax bill, so I’d love to reduce it. Investment property? Purchase equipment for my husbands work? I think we are already in a pretty good position so far?

Ages: late 40s early 50s, 3 teenagers
Home: no mortgage, needs 100k in improvements
Savings: approx 2 million in retirement savings
Private school: 100k a year (this is non negotiable. Price doubled this year for a few reasons, but is a main priority)
College savings 529s: approximately 100k per child (I want to plan on paying full for each wherever they go)
Cars: one leased $500 month (don’t want to buy because it is electric and they get better…), one 1/2 paid off, will need to purchase a kid car in next year
Income varies 200-500k pre-tax, usually closer to 400/500

Have already maxed out SEP for 2025. Feel free to ask me any more questions.
