Dysport completely failed

So I've been getting dysport since march of 2025. I have really pretty string forehead muscles and have had to go back for a touch up every single time, most of the time the correction doesn't actually work and I still have spock brows when I lift them. I went recently and spent 800 dollars on forehead, glabella and crows feet. Its been two weeks and I have complete movement of all muscles. Its like I never even went. Why is this happening? Even prior to this is the constant need for touch ups normal? I am just shocked this did not work AT all. It makes me nauseous I spent 800 on essentially nothing. Im going to schedule a follow up but I'm wondering what my next steps should be?

They make it confusing on purpose (IBR)

As we all know, every time you call nelnet and talk to a rep they generally have no idea what they are talking about or they transfer you to someone else that tells you something completely different. I’m being kicked out of SAVE as many of us are..I started paying my loans back in 2014 and was always in IBR until switching to save. My original federal loan amount was 24,000 which has now jumped to 26,500 after only being able to afford making minimum payments. What a joke. Question though- when I do the student loan simulator it tells me that my standard 10 yr repayment amount is 644$. How is that possible? I imagined it would be closer to 300 max. It says my payoff using that plan would be in 2030..why is it only giving me 4 years to pay off? My spouse and I filed jointly for the first time this year because we were sick of getting screwed every year filing separately. I’m nervous to do IBR because our joint income looks “high” on paper but In reality our take home after debt and cost of living is not. I don’t think your monthly payment can exceed the 10 year standard payment amount but mine seems very high for the original loan amount. Anyone have insight on this?
