The mcs(Kronos, Blackjack, Nova/Astro and Horizon) against the mv(Shattered Kronos, Seraphim, Ark Evol and Gameforce)
and each rider has a rider that they have a rivalry or have a reason to fight the most
Taro/Kronos wants to fight Kurogane/Shattered Kronos so he can save the timeline and avenge his parents and stop Kurogane from losing himself
Kaiser/Blackjack wants to fight Axel/Gameforce so he can get revenge for all the humilation Axel did to him back when he was a EE agent
Ryuga/Nova just wants to fight Hayami/Ark Evol bc he just wants to throws hands mostly
Yuna/Horizon vs Seraphim is bc of something involving her parents and Seraphim being a ai made by her parents which it decided to kill them
and that's it, I could make more stuff about Kronos but still
It's not a reboot any more. It's gonna be it's own season
So I think It would be cool for it to have refences to shotaro Ishinomori's works and have characters inspired by both the Og Kamen Rider and Kamen Rider V3 so, I need some help with the characters and lore and etc

After having to fight off more Agents then he had in his life, Taro finally was able to get to the Fair but...the location for some reason is a ABANDONED FAIR, which he has bad history with.

Then, Cell medals emerged from the ground created tons of Yummies, however, these yummies look exactly the same as the grim reaper...surprising Taro
