So, I got the second Shiny charm and even after several resets there’s no shiny lileep. Do you know if it has shiny lock?

I’ve been trying to nuzlocke this game like thousands of times and now I want to show you my team:D (their names are based on musical references).

I’m hunting a shiny Suicune but it just doesn’t appear (I got the two shiny charms).
