Just installed new system and all went well. Testing now. When I double click an order on the KDS to signal completion, the volume on the POS terminal to signal completion is WAY TOO LOUD…. I have lowered all volume settings to zero and even put in do not disturb.

Any thoughts on what else to do? Thanks much
