How big would a World of Halo pelican be to fit the (game variant, not book variant) be to "scale".

Im using the World of halo ODST rookie, which is 1 inch width and 4 inch height, how big would it roughly be? ( the 10 passenger capacity excluding the 1-2 pilots variant)

Im looking to print Air soft armor/Cosplay suit

I'm looking to print a Galactic armory ODST rookie print, and I'm curious what filament to use for both air soft and Cosplay, something that wont shatter immediately, and im open to anything, (low to medium price range)
