Help, would you go with Honda or Toyota? Honda wants an answer by tomorrow. But, I have a Toyota interview on Friday. Honda position is secured. Would you pass it up for maybe solidifying a position at Toyota?

I’m 8 weeks postpartum. I gained 39lbs when pregnant and I have about 19 more to go. I just started a 1600 calorie 60g modified keto since I am exclusively breastfeeding. Can I get any and all pointers?? I previously did strict keto 4-5 months before I conceived and it was great. I don’t want to ruin my milk supply though.
