I’m 17 and I’m tired of constantly worrying about it and other people sugarcoating it. I have a double crown but noticed that my right side crown is more thinner. I would like an actual answer. Last photo is when I had a buzz cut (6months ago)

I’ve been to a dermatologist who recommended me some dandruff shampoos and stuff I want no sugarcoating, I’m willing to use fda approved hair loss treatments to help. (I must also include that I have a perm before the last pic and then right after that I had a bleached blonde and then the buzz.)
