Hello, I'm new to the community and I've decided to write to resolve some doubts because I've been reading many threads but I'm still not clear on what to do or make a decision. I hope you can help me.

I've decided to build a liquid cooling system for my new PC.

My components are: Lian Li 011D Evo RGB, Ryzen 9 9900x with an EKWB Velocity3 block, Zotac Amp Extreme Infinity 5080 with an Alphacool block, an EKWB D5 30cm pump, two Alphacool Slim 360mm radiators with Noctua NF-F12 fans, and another Noctua NF-A12 for the rear exhaust.

My idea is to put one radiator at the top exhausting air in push mode and the other at the bottom pushing air in, but I'm unsure whether to do it in push or pull mode.
My other question is about the order: should I put the pump, bottom radiator, graphics card, CPU, top radiator, and pump, or pump, graphics card, bottom radiator, CPU, top radiator, and pump? I'd like to mention that I want the quietest possible environment, so I plan to set the fans to the lowest possible RPMs according to the temperature sensor.
I hope you can help me decide, and sorry for the length of the text.
