Height 5'8, Weight today 71.6kg
Daily calories around 1650cal (1750 on weekends)
I train to failure 4-5 days a week. Always eating between 160-180grams of protien a day.
2x 20minute cardio sessions a week.
Currently on 3mg of Reta for the past 2 weeks. Not noticing any difference. (Only 2 photos, from the day I started and today)
Also do I have bad ab genetics? 1 ab seems thick and pops out.
Would love your advice and critiques.
Should I move up to 4mg? No side effects other than insomnia... but weirdly waking up with good energy and sleep score other than duration. Averaging 4 hours sleep a night.
Was curious about hopping on GH but doesnt seem to be possible right now because of Chinas market.
