Skin type: bumpy, acne prone

Age/gender: F29

Current skincare routine:

- 2% alpha arbutin + niacinamide + HA serum (daily)

- 15% L-Ascorbic acid + E + Ferulic Acid (2x a week)

- 2% salicylic acid + tea tree face wash (daily)

- 7% glycolic acid toner (2x a week)

- Myra E moisturizer yung red (daily)

Main concern:

I think I've been in denial for long enough hahaha. As much as I can blame my luteal phase for the monthly, almost on-schedule arrival of hormonal acne, part of it (especially the non comedone bumps) is definitely caused by something in my routine, if not by all of it.

I do skin cycling to give my skin barrier a chance din, pero bumpy (iba sa pimples) pa din, especially when I'm outdoors. My skin is hydrated naman.

Is it one of the products from that brand kaya? Will wearing sunscreen help? I'm not using retinoids kasi I stopped after the dermorepubliq one made my skin even more bumpy.

Lifestyle factors:

- active (works out 3x a week)

- mostly indoors (WFH)

- diet is balanced, closely monitored as I am trying to lose weight also

Budget: mid-range at most (I have to stay in my lane haha; I can't afford luxury skincare right now)

Additional Info:

- I have also been very religious with changing my pillow cases and facial towels.

- been using the same shampoo and conditioner ever since (even before these bumps came about) so its for sure not caused by this
