Should I have a seperate ball of grey yarn for each pair of paw prints? Because using one ball of yarn feels verrrrry messy. New to colorwork.

Hello! One of my roommates is moving out by the end of July. So my remaining roommate and I are looking for a new roommate to take over her lease and then hopefully stay on for the next lease cycle! The apartment is a 2nd floor walk up 3 bedroom, 2 bath in South Medford. The apartment backs onto Tufts Park and is a 10 minute walk to the Ball Square stop on the Green Line.

Amenities include:

- In unit washer/dryer

- Driveway with space for up to 3 cars (2 spots taken)

- Basement storage

- Deck and backyard

- Gas heating and Central AC

- A dedicated office room (that wfh roommate works in, but there's room for a second desk)

- Cat/Dog friendly (depending on the cat/dog) with $50/month pet fee

You’ll be living with me (27 year old female) and a 28 year old male roommate. I work from home on Fridays, and my male roommate is work from home all the time. Open bedroom is on the 2nd floor and you'll share a bathroom with me, but have your own sink.

Rent is $1,400/month and utilities average around $100/month. The sublet would run through 8/31/26, and the new tenant would sign onto the renewed one year lease beginning 9/1/26. Landlord also requires a background chrck before lease signing.

Looking for someone around the same age, that is friendly and likes to keep a clean space. Girls/fem preffered. My roommate and I like to invite people over to hang and sometimes host parties. We'd like to get to know you first, but we're both super friendly!
