Jeep wrangler won’t go into 4th gear

I have a 5 speed 4 cylinder head 1993 jeep wrangler yj. Beautiful car. Now, I know the 4 cylinder isn’t that fast, however I should be able to get it into 4th gear. I usually get to 3300 rpm’s in third, however when I shift to 4th it drops immediately and can’t get back up. Def a speed problem because I can get to 2500 rpm’s in fourth going down a steep hill near my house.

I’ve been trying to fix this problem forever, and want to try quick solutions before I rebuild the carburetor

Here’s everything I’ve done to attempt to fix the problem.
Coil, spark plugs & distributor cap have been replaced
Fuel lines are all good, tires are also good.
0 vacuum/fuel leaks
Cat delete

Any help would be appreciated

How can I make her look better?

This is Stacy. Stacy is my 1993 Jeep Wrangler YJ that I got when I was 13. Me and my dad have done a ton of work to it. (Lift kit, custom fenders, etc) but I finally got it inspected 5 years later, and after driving it a few months, and literally fixing probably everything at least once I’m trying to make her look better for the summer. All girls like to ride in jeeps n allat. I’m going to be fixing the rust-spots next week, luckily it’s all just surface rust.

I recently installed some new drivers using terminal, however now it won’t find Ethernet cable or any internet options….it makes absolutely zero sense to me. I’ve been trying to fix it for hours, and actually tried switching back to windows before that also didn’t work..had that shitty missing drivers issue. Any advice?
