Manual transmission oil change for a 2014 Lancer
Should I go with the OEM "DiaQueen NEW MULTI GEAR OIL API classification GL-3, SAE 75W-80" or would I be better of choosing a GL-4 oil?

Lancer fuel filter replacement
The scheduled maintenance booklet for my 2014 Lancer recommends the fuel filter be replaced after 10 years. Does anyone know what parts are required? It seems like there is a kit I might need to purchase. The Mitsubishi workshop service manual shows how to replace the fuel pump but not necessarily the fuel filter. I assume it's just built into the pump then?

I pulled on this decorative item hanging off one of the smart meter seals and it broke the seal wire. If I call Powercor are they going to have their lawyers prosecute me or will they send someone out to replace it without much fuss? The other seals are not damaged, just this one.
