Going to be a landlord for the first time because we're moving away for a bit. What are your tips for success based on the fact that we're hoping to move away for just over a year and then return. Worried that we'll make avoidable errors. In NI if that matters.
Our boiler is dying. Has managed 28 years so it is what it is. Have options to change to another oil boiler, go with gas or consider a heat pump. I'm a complete novice on these things so would appreciate advice.
Currently wide awake when I should be asleep, thinking and stressing with things like (lack of) finances, crap state of current affairs, how I will be tired tomorrow etc. What's on your mind?
Wanting to remove these spindles and replace. Can I do that without mucking up the staircase and how?
