people not being able to stay centered in their lane?

ok im a newer driver,Drove for the first time ever this april and started regularly driving on the highway in june. One of the weirdest problems ive noticed so far is people (especially large trucks) not being able to stay centered in their lane.Like they will constantly drift from the right side over the line to the left side over the line.I've had 2 separate incidents of almost being hit where the highway curves because the car next to me straight up started driving in the middle of both lanes lol.Not saying you have to be perfectly centered at all times but some of you all are driving in 2 lanes at the same time ,how does this even happen??

barely 2 months and i don't think i can handle another day

This is the first healthcare job i have ever had,No experience or certifications as they are training me on the job.I work in a psych hospital and the job itself isn't that bad at all,I have been screamed at and attacked by patients nearly everyday and that doesn't bother me at all.My issue is with the people that i work with 😭 legitimately there are 2 nurses who go out of their way to be incredibly rude to all of the cnas for no reason,Like I can understand if we weren't doing anything and fooling around but we aren't.I had asked a question to make sure that i was doing something correctly and one of them got super pissed at me for asking saying that im useless and i should know this already (I had never done this before and it wasn't something that was common sense lol).Since im new and most of my coworkers had been there for years any mistake that is made in general gets blamed on me even when it had nothing to do with me.When we are short staffed (most days) they're just super rude and yelling at us.I want to make it clear im not hating on nurses in general as the rest of the nurses that i work with are great for the most part.Idk im kinda sensitive and i don't think i can do this anymore lol,The cnas that i work with are great and i have no issues with any of them.I have a shift in 2 days and i don't know if i can go back,Ive been so incredibly anxious since i started that i cant focus on anything else.I feel like an asshole for quitting abruptly but i feel like ill end up in the hospital that i work in if i dont lmao 😭 anyways i just wanted to rant. I do not want to go into healthcare but i chose this job because i am in school for special education and i thought i could learn some skills from it. Maybe if we weren't being payed $14 an hour id tough it out but it seems like this job is not worth it for my own mental health.

Swollen lump under chin after labret piercing

A week ago i got a labret piercing, right under my central lip area. Not long after (maybe an hour or so) i developed a swollen lump directly under my chin. Its sore to the touch and makes it difficult to open my mouth fully.I would post a pic but its not really visible. The piercing itself is fine,I have followed proper aftercare,i have minimal swelling on my lips and overall it feels fine and no sign of infection. Its been a week and it seems like that area is getting more swollen.I have had 3 previous facial piercings and 8 other piercings and had absolutely no issues with any of them.I was pierced by a professional with titanium jewelry.I tried googling to see if anyone else has dealt with this but i can't find anyone else with this specific issue. What could be going on?Should i see an actual doctor about this?? 😭

I originally posted on r/askdocs but they suggested posting here instead

ESH hiring process??

delete if not allowed

It seems like eastern state hospital is always hiring,I applied for a nursing assistant position however i have no cna license or any healthcare experience. Its stated in the description that theres no experience needed and that you do not need to be a cna.I was just wondering if theres anyone here who has gotten this position with no experience, would I actually be considered?Does anyone have any insight on how long it takes to interview and/or how long the hiring process is,thanks.I found a thread from a while ago but not sure if the process has changed.
