She changed her mind

I broke no contact with my ex 2 days ago and she said that we could talk. Today she’s changed her mind and said “I don’t want to you to call me, I don’t want you to contact me, and you’re making me uncomfortable.” All I wanted to do was see her and have a face-to-face conversation and she went off about how I was crossing her boundaries. Why did she even answer the phone when I originally called? I feel so stupid for even attempting to talk to her. We had a messy break up and a year and half has passed; but how can someone just flip the script so fast after 4 years together and planning a future? I feel like she just wanted to see if her “hooks” were still in me and they absolutely are. All i wanted is for this sadness and yearning for her to leave my body. I wish I could just forget her on some “eternal sunshine” shit and move on. I feel like I never will. I didn’t know I could feel this.

Attempted to break no-contact, I’m still blocked

We broke over a year and have been no contact for a month now. I hate it and I just want her back. I got so desperate that i even reached out to one of her relatives yesterday to see how she was doing. I called my ex today and went straight to voicemail. I think the worst part is that she won’t even know that I tried to talk to her. I just sit here, wait, and count the days since I’ve last seen her. She promised me that I would see her again, and that was 586 days ago. I hate how I’m feeling and feel so weak for even trying. How can someone spend 4 years of their life together to just want to be a complete stranger?

Help, I desperately want to break no-contact

My ex (F25) and I (M26) broke up a year and a half ago. In the time we have gone no contact multiple times but always seemed to break it (myself more than her). Roughly a month ago we had our last conversation where she told me that I needed to let her go. Even though the initial break up has been over a year, I am still longing for her presence. I miss absolutely everything about her to the point I have counted the days since we last seen each other in person (584). I desperately want to reach out to her but I know that she doesn’t want to speak, and more importantly re-establishing a connection again will destroy my own healing process and put me back at square one again. Even if I decided to break no-contact, she has me blocked on virtually every platform imaginable so it would be fruitless. All day I have listened to self-help podcast and videos while at work to combat these emotions inside me but I just want to hear her voice and see her face. Nothing shakes the feelings I still hold for her even after all this time and the thought that she wants nothing to do with me is utterly defeating. I fear that I will unfortunately never be a part of her life again or that I may never get over this relationship. How does it get easier? When does it get better?

A conversation would be nice

(M26) Depression and anxiety have been enormous lately. I feel stuck in my life and simply just tolerated by most people in my personal life. I would really love to talk someone for little while so i don’t feel like the only human thats awake.
