So, I rented a car with Hertz for 4 days without signing up for the all-inclusive PlatePass, I used a personal EZ-Pass transponder for ~18$ worth of tolls.
PlatePass charged my card with 116$ telling me that I drove through tolls without signing up. I then sent them an E-Mail requesting them to remove the charge, and they got back to me saying that if I were to remove the All-Inclusive charge, the bill would go up to (no error) 689.37$.
There wasn‘t even an EZ-Pass transponder in the car.
Has anyone dealt with this before and maybe has some advice on what I can do?
