is Shopify usually this delayed? I have 5-9 business day delivery ordered the 5th and it still says preparing to ship and we have processed your order? Is it because I'm in the UK but it's going to a US address (shipping was like double the hoodie so it's cheaper to get it on vinted for shipping costs after it shows up at my friends)

YOU THEN WENT TO GET CHECKED BECAUSE THE POTS SYMPTOMS WERE SIMILAR TO YOURS. YOU GOT DIAGNOSED. I WAS HELPING YOU FOR YEARS WITH WHAT HELPS CHRONIC ILLNESS AND CHRONIC PAIN AND WHAT DIDNT. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW LONG THIS HAD GONE ON FOR. MY FRIENDS TOLD ME AS SOON AS THEY FOUND OUT.
Anyways how do you guys navigate this. It's been 2 weeks tomorrow since I found out. I've been super pissed but today I'm just really sad.

Ive been looking for over a month now (Northern Hemisphere) and no matter what I can't find a flea anywhere! I restarted my island and ive been looking while island is almost a month old (wiki says 1 week), it's no villagers bday, it's rain, it's night, it's day, I've got all 10 villagers I don't understand why they won't spawn I've been going in and out of my RS for like 3 hours trying to get one to spawn

I've heard this term just and googling will probably give me some scientific information when I want to know what it feels like. I've had random attacks where I've woke up shaking, feeling super sick, heart rate in the 100s despite resting, uncontrollable shaking and more a few times, I've put them down to ADHD medication everytime (happened a lot early 2023 and happened a couple times late last year/ early this year) but it happened a few weeks ago despite me coming off the meds because of the attacks. I saw that it happens quite often while sleeping and I'm wondering if that's what this is. I told one of my friends who aren't chronically ill and he said it sounded like flu symptoms (not it's flu just symptoms of) and I don't know why but I've got a feeling it's whatever this is. As my prior posts here, I'm having trouble getting a diagnosis and I've been second guessing the past few weeks so I'm eager to hear what everyone says incase this is a piece of this puzzle.
To add what it feels similar to, it feels like a panic attack but worse? And happens after an event happens like if I get super stressed over something that's coming up and it happens. I always brushed it off as a sensory thing like it's winding down but other times I have that it doesn't feel like this.
This is what happens when I load the game, I can't get to the main menu, I can't guess where any buttons are because I've never played it before. It was my first time loading the game and I've tried reloading, turning my headset off and turning it back on and I don't know what to do.
