Is ₹26–28k rent normal in Hyderabad?

Hyderabad folks, need some honest opinions!

I’m looking for a fully/semi-furnished room with single-occupancy room (female) in 2/3BHK around Financial District/Gachibowli, in societies like Prestige High Fields, Aditya Empress Towers, etc.

I’m seeing rents around ₹26–27.5k/month. Is this actually the going rate, or am I looking at overpriced listings?

Also, for people paying these rents: is it difficult to find a replacement when you vacate? Do tenants usually take over at the same rent?

Would love to hear from people currently living in these areas!
