Help Me Decide: Vanderbilt for $110K Out-Of-Pocket or Cornell for $220K Out-Of-Pocket (Non-BigLaw)

I have to decide between these two offers and it’s been incredibly difficult. I’m not very interested in BigLaw and am hoping to work in government/public service. I also hope to secure a federal clerkship and possibly become a federal prosecutor or another federal government attorney after graduation. In this scenario, will going to Cornell over Vandy while paying an extra $110K make that much of a difference, or should I go to Vandy for half the price?
