help me out. 18 male 83kg Overweight
i tried this work-out last may but eventually stopped since i was feeling some soreness day after the workout. but, now trying to be fit again since im an incoming freshie sa nursing. gusto ko po maging physically active and would really need your help. 15x2 po yung ginagawa ko per exercise based from the video
