My newest and smallest family member prefers shenanigans to snacks
Currently still in the quarantine/intro cage, which is why it is so small. Got a nice big enclosure for their permanent home! I’m currently doing hand treat training to get the kiddos used to me. Which evidently is going very well for little Ditalini! Also featured is Rigatoni, who is shyer.
I’ll introduce the older girlies next week.

Am I acting too fast?
My older girl (1 year, eight months) Tofu has developed a mammary tumor between her back legs. She was too old to operate on safely when it was discovered, so I decided to keep her as comfortable as possible until it was time. Now, it’s grown to a point where it is interfering with her walking, it’s pushing against one of her back legs and dragging on the ground. She has also developed a second small tumor on her throat.
I’ve often heard people say that it’s better to be a little too soon than too late when it comes to end of life for pets. I don’t want her to reach a point where she’s suffering. Do you think it’s right to put her to sleep now?

That I’ve gotten, I’d have two nickels! Which isn’t a lot, but I’d like more! One of my favorite color combos and I love butterflies.
