If an unknown WhatsApp number who is a scammer sent me a first message with a photo that was initially blurred, will I be hacked if I downloaded that photo by clicking the arrow down button on the blur image so that it now shows the clear image within WhatsApp?

I have blocked and reported the number, then deleted the downloaded image from within file manager. Is there anything else that would be good to do? Thanks

I was standing near but not directly under an old 5-bulb light fixture when one of the bulbs blew out/died. (It's a round outer shaped casing bulb with an inner CFL tube, is my guess). There was no glass debris.

I looked up and saw it emit a white vapor-like smokey residue but it didn't exactly look like traditional smoke. A moment later when I walked near it again I smelled a strong chemical smell. Is it dangerous? What is this vapor/residue?

The outer bulb is round. My dad thinks it's CFL based on the term fluorescent, which he says is common for older bulbs from about 7-10 years ago.

I asked AI about what it could be and they said it could be phosphor powder mixed with some mercury vapor. Is this toxic heavy metal exposure?
