Hi everyone! Is it normal to feel more pain around the incision site 3 weeks post robotic lap myomectomy? I can feel a needle pricking my stitch under the belly button and some on and off pain and itching around the other incisions. Anyone felt this before?
At 3 weeks post op, do you still easily get tired? I went grocery shopping earlier and boy I was tired from walking for 30 minutes. I still walk slowly. Not too slow but I know it is not my normal pace. Were you like this too?
Hi! For those who had a robotic lap myomectomy, did you continie taking ibuprofen even if the pain was gone to help with the inflammation? My doctor told me to take it for a month for the internal inflammation but Im really not comfortable taking too much ibuprofen.
Hello! I had my robotic lap myomectomy 10 days ago. Spotting has been on and off. Some days theres no blood, 3 days ago I got a brownish spot on my pad, yesterday and today it was maroonish red (dark red). Is this normal post myomectomy? Is it really on and off? I am a bit anxious. Anyone experienced this as well?

I am planning to go out 9 days post op in a restaurant 15 minutes away from my place just to eat lunch for about a couple of hours. Wondering if I can do that already. I am able to walk around the house comfortably, do very light house work, can take shower independently.

Hello. I have been a patient of Dr. Javellana for two years na. Nangyari ba sa inyo na magulo yung presyuhan? Nagsulat sya sa paper ng presyo bago yung treatment. So nag agree naman ako. After a few months, nag iba. Yung dati ng 35k, biglang naging 55k. Napag usapan namin dati total sa isang phase ng treatment ay 35k. After ilan months biglang downpayment lang daw yun. Ang gulo. Eh sure naman ako na 35k yung total na sinabi nya nung una kasi kung 55k yun, I wouldnt have availed of the treatment. Binago pa yung nakasulat sa papel.

Tsaka hindi ko lang sure pero parang hindi naman pala TMJ ang cause ng symptoms na nararamdaman ko. Misdiagnosis from her? Sinabi lang na may tmj kahit wala naman. Kasi after ko magpa treat sa ibang condition ko, nawala rin yung tmj symptoms ko. Di ko alam kung sure ha pero may iba na rin ba na naka experience nito? Sayang kasi nagtiwala ako eh. Mabait sya, yung nurses ok naman. Tapos biglang ganito. Pls share naman ng experience nyo with her.
Hi. I got an 11cm fibroid removed 2 days ago. Yesterday, after I passed gas, I noticed that vaginal bleeding was more. I wasnt soaking the pad every hour but it isnt just spotting and heavier than the past two days. Is this normal?
Hi. I had a robotic lap myomectomy yesterday and had a 12cm fibroid removed. How many days after the surgery were you able to pass gas? What about stool? I am feeling gassy now and I walk around. Its been 24 hours since my surgery and I havent.assed gas yet.

Hi! Im going to have my myomectomy 3 days from now and I am anxious. I have an 11 cm fibroid and Im deciding whether to have it removed by robotic laparoscopy or open surgery. My surgeon said he can do the robotic lap and do a technique called manual in bag morcellation. Did your surgeon do this too? I am just concerned about that part because I read that it has risks of potentially spreading cancer if cancer is detected in the fibroids (although its a very small chance) Please share your stories with me. Appreciate it in advance.
