Saw a post from a few months ago about this ticket being a “good” value due to limited remaining tickets and relatively high unclaimed winners.
Only problem is I can’t find it anywhere?? I saw a couple comments mentioning it might have been pulled from the shelves? Anyone have any info on it?
I’ve been doing some reading and YouTube watching on UGreen NAS systems and there are some lingering questions that I’ve been having a hard time finding definitive answers too.
I’m looking to use a NAS as a home back up/external storage for family photos/videos and various documents (taxes).
The goal is that my family will just be able to use their phones and computers as normal and have this NAS do auto back ups every month and also we would be able to write to and download files from the NAS whenever we want.
1: Does UGreen let you set an automatic backup so that, for example, every night my phone will back up all photos and videos to the NAS? Or do I need a 3rd party app to do this?
2: Can I have an automatic back up and still keep using ICloud? I saw somewhere that auto photo back up only works when ICloud backup is disabled? I’m looking to keep ICloud for at least a little while while I set this up and it’s been nice to have iCloud to backup my actual Iphone apps/device specific stuff that I don’t think UGreen would do.
3: can I choose how much drive space on the NAS to have be usable vs duplicate? Example: can I make all 4 bays be duplicate hard drives? Can I make 2 function as 1 drive and the other 2 as a duplicate?
