Humming Suckle- Acrylic on canvas, 24 x 48 inches
Hi everyone! I am an artist based in the passaic county. I recently stumbled across this subreddit a couple of days ago. I wanted to share an original painting with you. I specialize in acrylic painting.
This painting is a landscape that pulls the viewer through a fluid, moving blue forest toward a vibrant yellow hummingbird amid an intricate weave of honeysuckles. Upon closer inspection, a delicate figure emerges from the blooms, offering nectar to the bird. The work serves as an allegory for the human experience: an interplay between nature, quiet vulnerability, and subtle connection.
What feelings come up for you when you see this painting? What does it remind you of? I would love to know yours thoughts!
Hi everyone! Been working on my 10-painting sunflower series the past 3 months. I am currently on my 8th one.
I specialize in acrylic painting.
Private message me if interested!
This painting was inspired by my tulip garden at the time. It demonstrates the intertwining of mother nature. Took me about 2 months to complete. This was painted in 2022. For those that wonder how i come up with my compositions: I rely on my imagination for my works.
Many tell me that my art reminds them of trippy or psychedelic artwork due to the movement, color vibrancy, and use of line.
Also, it has been featured in a few group exhibitions.

This is the 7th painting to a sunflower series that I have been working on the last three months.
I love painting from my imagination.
Hi everyone! This is one of the 10 painting sunflower series that I have been working on the past couple of months. Prior, I was working on a sentimental collection of works for a couple of years. Took a break from it and dedicated the past 2 months on this little series. I will resume to my other collection that I have been working on.
I work from my imagination and spontaneously choose my color palettes and make up compositions along the way.
Two of my favorite contemporary artists are Inka Essenhigh and Neo Rauch. I FELL IN LOVE with their works 5 years ago during my junior year of undergraduate as an art/psychology student.
Let me know what feelings come up when seeing this painting. What nostalgic memories come up? What does it remind you of? Share me your thoughts! :)

This piece incorporates the sunflower as the main element 🌻 Second image was taken from a video I took last year with my tripod. It is also on my instagram page. I am still trying to figure out how to upload videos on here.
I completed this piece in 2021. I enjoy incorporating use ot intense colors, movement, line, snd texture. I have been told in the past that my artwork is a reflection of an unusual world. Which, of course it is. All of my paintings are dreamworlds I create that is linked to sensory nostalgia and the natural world. I would love to know your thoughts and how you feel upon seeing this painting.
I completed this painting in 2021. It was also featured in a group exhibition a couple of months ago. It is a landscape that depicts a blue moving forest, leading the viewer to a yellow hummingbird collecting nectar from an entanglement of honeysuckles. But if you look really closely, you will see a figure gently offering the nectar to the bird.
To me, the whole piece is a symbol of what it means to live the human experience. I'd love to hear what emotions or thoughts this brings up for you guys!
Hi guys! I recently had my acrylic painting, “Humming Suckle” featured in a group exhibition in NYC almost 2 months ago. She is 24 x 48 inches. It is a whimsical landscape featuring a deep blue forest, guiding the viewer to a yellow humming bird with an entanglement of red honey suckles. I enjoy incorporating use of movement, intense color, pattern and texture. This night was alot of fun! Had a blast connecting with other artists and guests.
“Humming Suckle” was originally painted in 2021.
