I’ve been smoking weed and tobacco mixed for around 3-4 years pretty heavy, I’m thinking of quitting soon because I can’t tell if that’s too much, how long have you guys smoked and is anyone thinking of quitting anytime soon? :)
My OCD has been taking up most of my time lately making me doubt myself or checking literally everything around me for absolutely certainty there are no threats, but I’m not sure how much longer my mind and body can take this, so I’m currently just trying to expose myself to the fears, let go of the illusion of control and stop doing so many rituals. Most of what feels like dread is disillusion
