Hey all. Was curious if bottles like these could become valuable. The Glendronach is some of the last of the Allardice dated 2019, which means it could be a 24yr scotch considering the distillery shut down period. The G&M are not high end but with G&M discontinuing its business as an independent bottler and focusing on Benromach, is it possible that these and ANY G&M become rare a desirable?
My plan is to drink them. The GMs are back ups of bottles that I already have open. The Glendronach just came in the mail from an auction site and I was delighted to find the 2019 date stamp. Anyway, my guess or probably not likely to gain value, but I'd like to hear more opinions.
