Device is plugged into mains has about 50% battery

Keeps restarting

Keeps showing no internet

Tried side loading , doesn’t recognise the device even though chrome sees it..

What do I do now?

Just got a 3s , any pointers or helpful advice along the way, gunna use it for euro truck , flight sim, racing games, also love the look of mixed reality stuff so let me know.. thanks

Just ordered from the website I’m from the uk how long does it take roughly, as I want to order more and wanting to know if I should just order it now if it’s going to take weeks and weeks
