Quick PSA: Do not fall for these scams
This guy has been running rampant, he claims an account similar to yours got him into a phishing link and your account needs to be appealed to not get banned.
This is simply untrue and is the same story they are telling everyone.
Simply do not engage with people like this, it's not worth your time.

Real story scary
I came home from school one day expecting everything to be normal, but the house was dead silent. My dad was sitting at the kitchen table, staring out the window without saying a word. When I asked him how his day was, he just slowly turned his head toward me and gave me a blank look, eyes glazed over.
He followed me from room to room without speaking, and every time I looked back, he was already standing there. My stomach started to knot with fear. Finally, I sat down on the couch, and after a long, uncomfortable silence he walked over and sat right beside me.
Without warning, he reached down, grabbed my leg with both hands, and started tugging on my leg.
"Dad, what are you doing?"
He looked up and said "I'm pulling your leg"
