Not sure if anybody have ever asked here, but what is the lore/history of the certain timings where roti kosong and other rotis in mamak restaurants can only be served? Like you miss the time, gotta wait till a certain hour before you can order them?

Maybe it's just me but I don't recall encountering the same when abroad like in Singapore.

Oh and while we're on this, anybody know places that serve roti 24/7 besides Anjung Saujana? Much appreciated!

I know we have Judgement Day and Wyatt Sicks but just play along... I'm thinking Danhausen, Alexa Bliss, Tama Tonga, Finn Balor... anybody else who specifically fits the MoD's theme?
