Since Wellness1 and the Air1 from mom cozy are both on sale now...I’ve been trying to decide which direction to go.

I’m stuck between the wearable pumps Wellness1 and the Air1 of mom cozy. W1 sounds amazing in theory because of the heating and massage features. I’ve dealt with clogs before, so part of me keeps wondering if the warmth and massage could actually better my supply or emptying better according to my body tension… or if it’s just one of those “sounds great in marketing” features that doesn’t make a huge difference actually.

At the same time, the Air1 being slimmer and lighter is also appealing to me because this sounds suitable for working moms. I keep thinking maybe having a thinner pump that’s easier to wear under work clothes would end up being more useful than functions like heat and massage.

And now with the Target sale happening, I’m extra tempted. I’ve also heard some people were able to get the Air1 covered partially through insurance, but I’m not sure about the Wellness1 yet.

Would really love to hear from moms who have actually purchased or used either one.

Deciding between Mom cozy Air1 and Eufy S1: which should be my option?

This will be my second baby, and I’m honestly feeling a mix of excitement and uncertainty about it. With my first baby, I exclusively breastfed and never used a pump. Back then I was a stay-at-home mom, so I had the time and flexibility to nurse on demand, but things are very different this time. I’ll be going back to work after maternity leave, and I already know I also won’t have the same energy I had before, so I’m planning to switch to bottle feeding with a breast pump. In a work environment, breast pumping feels like it would avoid a lot of awkward situations.

I have asked many friends who are experienced in breast pumping. A lot recommended the Eufy S1, and it does sound like a very solid option in terms of performance, but I keep feeling like it might be a bit bulky for what I need this time around. Recently I also came across the Mom cozy Air 1, because it looks slimmer, and the idea of wireless charging and not dealing with a mess of cables feels incredibly convenient, especially for pumping at work and on the go.

So now I’m kind of stuck. I’d really love to hear from anyone who’s been in a similar situation or has experience with either of these pumps.

Wearable Breast Pump like Air 1 of Mom cozy for Doctor Mom with Elastic Nipples

I’m heading back to work soon as a physician and I’m completely overwhelmed trying to decide on a wearable breast pump. My days are nonstop rounds, long hours on my feet, and constantly going in and out of patient rooms. I also wear specific hospital clothing that aren’t easy to take on and off throughout the day, and frequent changing feels both inconvenient and honestly kind of unhygienic when I’m moving between patients constantly.

Because of that, I’m really hoping to find a wearable pump that has strong battery life and is slim so I can comfortably keep it on for longer stretches. I’d also love something with a larger milk capacity if possible — ideally over 5 oz — since I sometimes respond really well to pumps and don’t want to risk overflowing during a busy shift.

Another challenge is that I have pretty elastic nipples, so comfort and flange design matter much for me. I’ve heard some wearable pumps are terrible for elastic tissue while others are more forgiving, but it’s hard to tell what’s just marketing versus actual experience. I’ve also been hearing that some newer wearable pumps (like Air 1, I just saw) can be controlled through an app now?? Like changing suction from your phone without awkwardly digging into your bra. Is that actually useful in real life or more of a gimmick?

Low supply struggles... How do you actually build a stash while pumping?

Help! Feeling a bit defeated today. I’m 6 weeks out and I barely get 2oz combined per session. My baby is starting to eat more than I can produce, and we’ve had to supplement with formula more than I planned. I really want to get my supply up, but the information online is so overwhelming.

I’ve heard about "Power Pumping," but how often should I actually do it? Does it really work or is it just a recipe for burnout?

If you managed to increase your supply just by pumping, what did your schedule look like?
