BPD traits

I've been diagnosed with bipolar almost for 10 years. A year ago when I asked my psychiatrist if I would get better, he said it was complex because I have bipolar, ADHD (which I knew) and he said I had BPD traits. I didn’t pay much attention to the BPD at that moment. Right now I'm struggling to keep a job because I get too stressed and start feeling out of control and with suicidal thoughts. To other people seems exagerated, but I live in constant hell. I was wondering if any of you also have BPD and if you can relate to what I am experiencing. Thank you.

I'm ruining my life

I am dealing with a lot of stress from my work (I'm an English teacher). Particularly in secundary schools students harass me. When I get too stressed I start having suicidal thoughts. My psychiatrist has been giving me health licences the whole year, for time to time, but is affecting my reputation at the other schools I work at. Today I took a license because last night I didn’t sleep thinking about how to quit the secondary school and I feel awful of missing primary and kinder. I absolutely felt this morning as if I couldnt go to work, but I feel ashamed. My psychiatrist says I need to prioritize my mental health. I'm very sensitive to stress and IDK how to make money and work when I cannot deal with it.

Pongo toda mi experiencia laboral?

Tengo que actualizar mi currículum y no sé si poner todos los trabajos que tuve para demostrar que hice en cada período de mi vida o si solamente pongo las experiencias relevantes al puesto

New to buddhism

Hello everybody! For some years nos I've been practicing meditation. I've also read a lot about the religion. I really want to learn more and maybe become buddhist, but I live in a city in latin america and there are no buddhits. Today a friend told me to try to find a community in Reddit so here I am. I know there is different branches and it is not all the same, but I don’t know where to start. Any advice will be kindly thanked. I wish you all a beautiful day.

Wishing to be hypomaniac

So I might be given stimulants to treat my Adhd and there is a high risk of hypomania. But I've been so bad the last couple of years that I actually want it. I'm scared of not being able to "give away" the hypomania

I'm scared my boyfriend cant deal with me anymore

Hello community. Today I missed work because I couldnt leave the bed. My boyfriend came home in the afternoon to bring me company. It was great, but I just managed to curl up in the couch while he worked in the table with his computer.

We've been together for 2 ½ years, out of which I've been with depression and rapid cycling 2 years. Im exhausted, my family is exhausted, he is exhausted. Still, he comes, he makes me dance, makes sure I get dressed and clean myself. He cracks jokes, he hugs me, talks to me, reasures me he will be there economically in the future (because despite having 4 jobs I don’t make enough for a living and my mother takes care of me).

The thing is, when I met my boyfriend he was taking care of his father, who had dementia (lewis' bodies I think is called in English). His father was terribly bad, he weighted 35kg, barely talked, and it was really expensive to cover his expenses, in a moment in which my boyfriend's family was undergoing economical difficulties. He once said to me "you shouldn't love me, I'm an asshole" I asked why, and he said "I want that my father dies". I explained to him that it was a natural reaction, that anyone in the same situation could eventually feel that way, that dying was the only way at that point to cease the pain.

Now I feel afraid that one day he would feel that way about me. Not wanting me to die, but wanting to break up, not because he doesn’t love me, but because it is too difficult to be with me. He knows my illness is a big issue and he understands it's going to be challenging in the long run. I'm F 32 he is M 36.

New hobbies??

I've been feeling numb lately. I have no interest in anything and I spend my weekends in bed scrolling shorts in youtube. I try to see my boyfriend or a friend, but still I spend 16/18 hs in bed. Nothing that I used to like appeals to me. I sometimes feel ashamed in conversations in which I have nothing to say. Even politics I am clueless and my friends are very into it. Anyway. I wanted advice on how can I get interested in something and I'm open to suggestions. Thank you!!
