Can anyone help me understand my father's results?

Reading these results, it seems the cancer is very serious. However, my parents don't believe me. His urologist didn't say anything to him today and he started some kind of treatment (not the chemo yet). He hasn't seen an oncologist yet, that's next week. No one has told him anything, not even what stage he's at, which seems abnormal? All his appointments are weeks apart also. I'm not going to bother my parents, this is for my own knowledge. Just need to know if it's very serious at the look of it.

Gyno dismissed my external itching and burning, what are my options? More appointments?

I got over a yeast infection (slide and swab) and am negative for BV but still have severe external itching, especially anally and where my clit is. It's only during the day so it's not pinworms, no evidence of such. The doctor dismissed my itching completely and gave the one eyebrow, "and when did you last shave?" and I fumbled in shock that she was going to blame it on shaving. I didn't say I shaved for the appointment but not my anus (wasn't shaved when she looked at it!) and that at 43 years old and shaving since I was 12 I know shave itch, and I didn't mention my clitoral itching, just anal. All she did for that was look and saw no rash and said use aquaphor. They are constantly itching and aquaphor does nothing. Clotromizole 2% otc does nothing, Zyrtec does nothing and vagisil itch cream does nothing. After negative test results I can't send her a message to ask for help. Is there anything else to try? I sterilize clothes and everything and again vaginal swab negative on slide and at lab. I do have anal sex but I was too shy to mention that especially after getting dismissed so fast. But that doesn't explain the clitoral itching. I was hoping she would at least put in some nystatin and steroid (my Medicaid doesn't cover anything so you have to combine them yourself but no way to get it without prescription). My yeast infection was cleared either with terconazole or clotromizole, hard to tell which did it since external symptoms never stopped. Miconazole 7 did not work nor did fluconazole (2 doses) for the full infection. Can you use tea tree oil? I don't know anything about holistic treatments. It's been well over a week and too intense for lingering antifungal side effects/die off.

Book resources for an older transwoman?

Just a quick question, my husband of 10 years (we have 5 kids as well, one a stepson), just came out to me as a woman. Not a shock at all because I always knew it, and I am transgender myself (man). But because of some serious difficulties and differences in my journey (no therapy, hormones etc), I don't know how to help her with hers, what resources there are. For now, I'm just looking to see if there are any books. I only have fiction books, like Torrey Peters (she did like Stag Dance). Any books that are helpful on transitioning or just life journey or something; things of that nature?
