What does errrraaa mean?

Started a new job recently, and i met this guy who speaks spanish, he's from mexico but i don't think he's native, anyways i've spoken spanish pretty well for a good few years now, yknow not fluent but conversational and at a professional level. we're teenagers so we're young idk if that helps but he always says eřřaa. idk if he means era like "was" but he always exaggerates the R sound. i've never heard anyone say this in my roughly 8 years of speaking spanish. he says it kind of like when he is surprised or smth. like we'll be talking and i'll say something crazy or freaky and he'll say errraa. it doesn't matter if we speak in english or spanish. idk has anyone else heard this or is it just a him thing?

ELI5 Do animals see humans differently?

when i look at a rhinos for example, all rhinos to me look the same(without deformation or albinos or other things like that). we can recognize differences between different breeds, like dogs we notice the breed and their color and markings on their coats. but do animals notice this in humans? do all 6ft white males with short blonde hair look the same to animals(facially)? can animals only distinguish the differences of humans by their hair and skin color or do animals notice the differences in noses and lips and other facial features like humans do? and do animals see different animals of their same breed differently than humans do? like i said to me pretty mich all rhinos look the same but do all rhinos look the same to other rhinos?

Civil asset forfeiture

how in the world is civil asset forfeiture legal? doesn't this violate at least the 4th amendment? and why is the burden of proof on the civilian and not the police? and why is the "asset" deemed as the defendant? like who came up with that😂

I personally think it's easier to understand and converse with someone speaking portuguese but i find that a lot of other people who also speak spanish say they think italian is. i don't know if this is because im from an area where portuguese is somewhat spoken whereas italian isn't. just want yall opinion

I'm 18 and i'm trying to eat healthier especially to get in better shape for summer. i'm active and everything that doesn't really matter though. since im 18 i don't really have the money to buy ny strips every week like i would like to. i'm not stretching bread, so i don't want the bottom of the barrel meats. just wanting to know the best bang for your buck type of cuts. really looking for steak cuts, where to buy salmon, and any other good cuts of meat that taste good and are relatively easy to make and of course on the healthier side. NO PORK. hate it. but anyways i can't really buy bulk at costco(don't have a membership). but i would just like some general advice on where to and what to buy.
