Possible T Break Hack: Creatine

I have been a regular smoker six years now. Everyday. Sometimes all day as I wfh. I smoke mostly cart so my tolerance has been very high. I have tried several times to take tolerance breaks and have usually given up within the first week due to lack of sleep, brain fog, headaches, and lack of motivation.
I started taking creatine regularly about two weeks ago to help with muscle and brain health. I decided to try another tolerance break this week and this has been the easiest tolerance break I’ve ever taken. I am using Benadryl to help me get to sleep because that is always one of the bigger issues with tolerance breaks but other than that, I have no additional symptoms.
Now this is a purely antidotal evidence, but research done on creatine has shown. It does have a significant impact on brain health and I am wondering if the extra energy provided by taking creatine is helping my body detox without all of the usual symptoms. Would love to know if anybody else has had a similar experience!

Just adopted her from a rescue a few weeks ago. Vet paperwork says Turkish Angora

I didn’t even know about this breed until I saw the name in her paperwork. She was a stray before the rescue found her so I don’t think she’s had any genetic testing, how do the vets know? Please share all of your tips for this breed! I have other cats, how does this breed differ in needs/temperament?
