I was watching youtube when chrome froze. I closed it but it wouldnt reopen. I checked task manager and it said chrome was running in "efficiency mode" whatever that means. I tried to use task manager to close it but it wouldnt close. I kept clicking on ened task but it wouldnt close the program. i kept clicking on chrome to see if it would open but it wouldnt
