Is the buff dynamic? Like, if my Illuga uses his burst with Lumi on the field, and then he swaps off, will my buff now be lower because he no longer benefits from Linnea’s EM buff? Or does it snapshot?
Also, I just want to confirm, but only the active character benefits from the quills, right? It’s not x amount of quills shared by the party?
What is the best team for Mizuki with Odette right now? (With the current available characters)
I’ve seen:
Mizuki and Odette + a combination of C6 Diona, CMC, Sucrose, Qiqi, or C6 Faruzan.
I don’t have C6 Faruzan, but I do have Elegy Diona, what is the combination of units that will yield the highest DPS?
I think it’s: Mizuki - Odette - CMC - Sucrose
But I am not sure.
Also, what are the optimal sets?
As far as I’m aware, it’d be
Mizuki on VV so that Sucrose could be on instructor’s instead, and then Odette on Furnace. Then idk what CMC is supposed to be on.

If you were to steal or copy Skill Hunter, would you have access to all of Chrollo’s stolen abilities? If not, what precedent is there that says you won’t get access to his stolen abilities?
