We originally bought a nursery sets from the Kids and baby furniture warehouse near York University when I was pregnant, now my baby is 6 months old, and some parts are still not fulfilled. So we need an alternative crib ASAP for our baby. Can anyone share their real experience with your purchase?
We Spent over $2k on a nursery set at a local furniture store in January 2026 before my baby is born. The store promised to deliver the products in 3 months, but now we're in August, the store still haven't delivered our products! And they refuse to refund because this is a SPECIAL ORDER. Not only they false advertise their products and how long it takes, when I left a negative review, they also called my husband to THREATEN him.
The store also claiming they have ONE YEAR WARRENTY. The dresser we bought from there was not working, one drawer kept locked. When I told them to fix it, the store told me I have to bring the furniture to the store in order to be fix. That dresser was like over 100lbs.
So this is Canadian business standards?

I have seen a lot of people left positive reviews right after the purchase, but wait until you actually need any support after the transaction is done. You will got nothing 🙂
