I am thinking of studying EE engineering as international student but i need your review

I'm working as procurement, mostly electrical products. My city has many major American oil companies like Chevron, ExxonMobil, and many others. I believe my chances of acceptance will be better because it's an international and global university, while my city has universities with poor rankings

I would like to know :

1- what the advantages and rewards are if I get high grades during bachelor?

2-What is the total cost for one academic year?

3- What things should you advise me to do?

4- If you have more information, it would be best if you told me about it :)

More than a month on refund dispute

I'm writing here as employer, I told my boss to purchase electrical plc from supplier, A war broke out and airports closed, leading a supplier to request that they ship it to my fright forwarder, They haven't sent anything, and I bought from them in February. They did not send the items until May, I spoke with them and told them to send it, but they only sent one box 1/1,

In June, I spoke and waited for them to send me the tracking number for the restnof of the boxes I waited two weeks and then filed a dispute because I lost a project I sent everything and all the evidence until I received the evidence for the scale to calculate the weight for each product, i told them i sent them to the customer immediately, But the evidence is clear: an old FedEx tracking number is found on a written order for 30 kilograms and 3 boxes. They didn't even send me the money I paid to fright forwarder, I even have a screenshot of that admission. After all this, they told me the evidence wasn't enough, and I feel sad and afraid I might be lose my job, This time I sent more evidence, hoping and praying that they will resolve the problem T-T
